It used to be five portions of fruit and veg a day but now scientists say we need to up that to seven - it would reduce the risk of an early death.
A team at University College London say the UK's current "five-a-day" message may need to be updated, and eating more fruit and veg can reduce the risk of an early death. But could you stomach that much fruit and veg? Could you afford it? Are the experts expecting too much? Is life too short for seven-a-day?
