A 29 year old Belfast woman with a disability has been languishing in a hospital bed in her Mum's living room for 9 months while waiting for a Housing Association to carry out adaptions to her home. It then emerged the planned adaptions couldn’t take place on Health and safety grounds. Husband Ciaran tells Lisa McAlister 'Her home is with me'.
