We might not be processing milk in Wales anymore but we are good at small, artisan production - the Carmarthenshire Cheese Company is about to start building work on a major new expansion

Bring back the beaver to keep our rivers flowing and prevent flooding - that's the call from the Mammal Society. And if you're interested in mammal monitoring the society is at Aberystwyth Arts Centre next Saturday 15th February for a day of fantastic presentations on Hedgehogs and Harvest mice - two species that form the focus of the MaMoNet Wales project.
