John Inverdale introduces live coverage of the final Six Nations fixture of the weekend as an improving Italy side coached by Frenchman Jacques Brunel seek a historic first victory at the Stade de France.

The Italians beat France in Rome for the second time in a row in last year's tournament and eventually finished a best-ever fourth, while Philippe Saint-Andre's Bleus ended bottom of the table in their worst tournament display since 1999.

France only won two games throughout 2013 but they have won all seven previous home meetings against Italy in the Six Nations and Saint-Andre believes his new-look side is packed with quality.
