He looks at what the future holds for him at the tail end of the post-war baby boom and at how he can expect his spending patterns to change. He looks at the fast-growing power of the grey pound, asking what businesses can do to cash in; and how technology and finance are being lined up to look after him if he gets to the point of entering a care home.
