About James Robb

James started smoking
salmon and meat five years ago in a quaint hut at the end of the pier in St.
Monans, Fife. Realising that this wasn’t
enough to sustain the business, they sought expanded into a little café and now
sell their own products.
About The Meringue Girls

The Meringue Girls - Alex Hoffler and Stacey O’Gorman are both trained chefs and began working together in Hackney. They bonded over a love of sweet things and were soon supplying the chicest parties in town with their iconic meringue “kisses”. Their flavours include passionfruit, strawberry and black pepper, and gin and tonic, albeit a non-alcoholic version.
