Mark Chapman presents live coverage of Wales v Italy at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.

The home side are without star name Lee Briers, who has retired from international rugby, but they can still count on a host of talented Super League players, including Warrington's Rhys Evans, Huddersfield's Larne Patrick, and Wigan duo Gil Dudson and Ben Flower. Italy are playing in the World Cup for the first time but their squad, many of whom play in the NRL in Australia, is packed with experienced players and includes former Italian rugby union international Craig Gower. Another familiar name to British fans will be St Helens forward Anthony Laffranchi.
