A project in Ceredigion is making waves by teaching people with mental health problems how to surf as part of their treatment. The idea behind TONIC is that the sea and it's shore can play an important role in improving health and well-being. It's one of the projects being celebrated in Wales' first Eco-Therapy conference, set up by West Wales Action for Mental Health and which takes place next Thursday 19th September at Clynfyw Care Farm near Boncath.
Rachael Garside takes to the water at Poppit sands, near St Dogmael to find out more about Eco-therapy in the Blue space and meets the participants, surf teachers and volunteers as they catch the waves.
