For over 120 years St James' Vets have been treating all creatures great and small from their branches in Swansea and Neath. In this episode, Lady the bulldog needs a caesarean section operation to deliver her puppies but will all seven arrive safely? Rescue cats David and Moses have their lustful ways curbed and at the large animal clinic, there is a twin lamb emergency in the middle of the night.
