Olympic silver medallist Christine Ohuruogu goes for gold in the 400m final, while Jamaican sprint queen Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce is the woman to beat in the 100m final. The medals are also decided in the men's pole vault, hammer and 110m hurdles and women's shot put.
