The Gyuto Monks of Tibet were recently in the UK when they played at the Glastonbury Festival. They came into the studio to talk to Clare about their album "Chants: The Spirit of Tibet" which is out on Decca Records, and how they achieve their unique sound.

Kiera Phyo was last year's winner of Radio 2's ‘Search For A New Voice’ talent competition held at The Times Cheltenham Literature Festival. Kiera won the right to record 6 ‘Pause for Thoughts’ broadcast on BBC Radio 2. She entered the competition whilst on maternity leave with her young child.

Kiera works for the Christian Relief and Development Organisation, Tearfund, which partners with churches in communities in some of the poorest countries around the world. She leads Tearfund’s youthwork in the UK, creatively engaging young people with issues of poverty, lifestyle and faith (www.rhythms.org);
