Patrick Winterton likes nothing better than a kayaking adventure. The former Olympic Skier has undertaken some audacious expeditions including a journey from Glasgow to Muckle Flugga and more recently from Oban to the Faroe Islands.

Talking to Raymond Mearns he talks about some of his incredible adventures, explains how the really big one is still to come in 2014 and reveals his way of combating sea sickness!
