Two of TV's best-loved chefs - Lesley Waters and Richard Phillips - go head-to-head at a flamboyant Turkish restaurant right in the heart of London's theatre district. The challenge for the chefs is to invent a Mediterranean style three-course menu in order to impress the diners.

They must call on all their cooking skills and restaurant experience, because there can be only one winner - the chef who makes the most profit!
