Joe returns to Somerset to find out how John and Sue Derham have got on with the renovation of their empty bungalow. When he first met the couple, they had just received the keys to what they hoped would one day become the perfect home for their retirement. Nine months on, Joe is back to find out how the Derhams have got on.
