Douglas Fraser looks beyond the glass ceiling and examines efforts to get more women into Britain's boardrooms.

This week Douglas Fraser is looking beyond the glass ceiling and examining efforts to get more women into Britain's boardrooms. Looking at the top 100 companies listed in London, only 16% of directors are female. Now
