Stevenage's Lister Surgicentre

An under-fire privately-run NHS hospital in Hertfordshire is facing more pressure after two NHS executives criticised its continued failures.

Surgicentre, which is on the site of the Lister Hospital and is managed by Clinicenta, opened at the end of last year.

Clinicenta said there had been a dramatic reduction in complaints, down from 130 per month to 20.
