Liz is joined by punk pioneer Captain Sensible, co-founder of The Damned.

Liz is joined by punk pioneer Captain Sensible of The Damned. He co-founded The Damned in 1976, but left in the 80s to pursue an alternative pop career. He re-joined the band in 1996 after founder member Rat Scabies left. The band are currently on a UK tour.

Liz also gives listeners the chance to show-off their musical knowledge with themed tune suggestions, and in Retail Therapy she finds out what stores around the country have 6 Music soundtracking their Christmas shopping.
