Glasgow's new velodrome is to be named after the great track cyclist Sir Chris Hoy.

To honour Sir Chris, and to celebrate the opening of the velodrome, some of the greatest names in track cycling are coming together in a special event known as ThunderDrome and Sport Nation has exclusive access. Rhona McLeod and John Beattie present a special edition of Sport Nation devoted to capturing the speed, the power and the excitement of top riders going shoulder to shoulder in this remarkable event.
