Grant Shapps: 'BBC questions to answer over Savile'
Grant Shapps has told Question Time that "the BBC has questions to answer" over who knew what and when about the Jimmy Savile abuse case. But the Conservative MP welcomed the announcement of an independent internal BBC inquiry into the affair by the BBC Trust chairman Lord Patten. Watch clip.
