Richard Hammond and co-host Amanda Byram return to guide 20 foolhardy Brits through the biggest and daftest obstacle course in the universe. From giant hammers that smack them in the face to the Shapeshifter, via the Big Red Balls, each contestant braves the Qualifier to attempt qualification for Double Cross.
From there, the field is halved and those 'lucky' enough to make it through to Terror-Go-Round face it head-on in an effort to get to the Wipeout Zone. Darkness, raging torrents and fire bursts lie between the finalists and the chance of winning £10,000. Who will get their hands on the coveted Total Wipeout trophy?
