In a golden final edition of the show ahead of the Games, the team join some of the likely stars of the London Olympics, including swimming world champion Rebecca Adlington and high-profile heptathlete Jessica Ennis.

Ben Ainslie takes us on board in his bid for a fourth successive sailing gold medal, while we look back to the Searle brothers' unlikely rowing victory at the 1992 Barcelona Games and join younger brother Greg's bid for gold 20 years on.
