Palestine's poem is Seeds in Flight by Khaled Abdallah. It is translated by Sara Vaghefian and The Poetry Translation Workshop and read by Iyad Hayatleh, a Palestinian poet who was born in a refugee camp in Syria and now lives in Glasgow.
