Ninety-one Conservative MPs rebel over the governement's Lords Reform bill but it gets voted through.
Government plans to reform the House of Lords have passed the first hurdle despite a huge Conservative rebellion. Ninety-one Tory Mps voted against the legislation - which would see a mainly elected second chamber. Also, women are being invited to take the US Marines tough training programme for the first time.
