Tragic teenager Alex Heriot died at this weekend's Rockness Festival and one of the lines of enquiry suggests that he may have taken a 'legal high'. As festival season kicks off in Scotland, Kaye asks: Are we ever going to stop young people seeking ways to get 'high' (legal or otherwise)?
A study by Stonham (the UK's second largest provider of domestic violence support services) shows that fewer than three in five people would be likely to intervene if they suspected their male friend or neighbour of beating his wife.
