Georgia Davis weighs more than 60 stones and has already been dubbed 'Britain's Fattest Teenager'. Yesterday she had to be cut free from her house in South Wales because her organs had failed. Two walls had to be knocked down and it took paramedics and builders around eight hours to get her out.

Why do people get so fat? Is it down to the person or society?
