Is religious bigotry as prevalent in Northern Ireland's middle classes as it is in working class areas? At the start of Community Relations Week yesterday the DUP's Jonathan Bell and Sinn Fein's Martina Anderson both had a pop at golf clubs in an apparent attempt to suggest just that.
