Former Welsh surfing champion Renee Godfrey sets out to explore how the changing seasons affect life in Wales. Filmed over a year, she is throwing herself into some of the toughest jobs, visiting our remotest landscapes and witnessing the remarkable events that show the passing of each season. In this programme, Renee helps with lambing on the rugged Carneddau mountains, rides a spring tide by surfing the Severn Bore and goes spring beach foraging in Gower.
