Kaye asks what we should expect from council-provided personal care and what should kids call their step-relatives.
It emerged this week that Shane Warne's ex-wife finds it disrespectful and hurtful that her kids call Liz Hurley 'Mummy Two'. One-in-three families in Scotland are now thought to be step-families and as they become more and more common some even think that the term 'step family' itself is out of date.
