Long-distance swimmer David Davies reveals how he has battled back into form in the hunt for a third successive Olympic medal, while rowing's Helen Glover introduces us to her family in Cornwall, who have supported her all the way from taking up the sport just four years ago to winning world champtionship medals. There's footage of how the GB women's hockey team spend their time off the pitch, as well as the canoe sprint team on training camp in South Africa.
