At the beginning of Lent, Diane Louise Jordan reflects on the idea of seeking forgiveness and of making a fresh start. This week's featured choir - Cantemus of Cardiff, accompanied by Robert Court, directed by Huw Williams - will also be looking forward to St David's Day with hymns such as Guide me, O thou great Redeemer, and Jesus, lover of my soul sung to the tune Aberystwyth.
