Sue Barker presents coverage from the O2 in London as the men's season reaches its climax as Jo-Wilfried Tsonga takes on Roger Federer in the deciding match in the ATP World Tour Finals. Last year's tournament was won by Roger Federer who beat Rafael Nadal over three sets in the final.
