Should we scrap the 80 limit plan?

In September the government put forward plans to raise the maximum speed limit to 80 miles per hour. But after 7 people were killed in an horrific crash on the M5 road safety campaigners say this move should be abandoned. Nicky asks should we scrap plans for an 80 limit?
