It looks like Colonel Gaddafi's birthplace, the city of Sirte, is about to fall to the forces of Libya's National Transitional Council. We ask whether that means the war in Libya is over. We also compare the economic protests springing up in different countries around the world, from Greece to Spain and the USA.
