Gay Rights Abroad

There are seventy six countries around the world where being gay is illegal and it's crime in thirty eight of the fifty four countries in the Commonwealth. A new organisation launches today aimed at putting a stop to people being persecuted around the world because of their sexuality. Should we be telling other countries how to treat gay people?
