Zainab’s angry when Yusef tells Syed he’s spoken to Qadim and Amira will be in touch soon. Masood’s annoyed that Yusef got involved. Amira phones Zainab. Yusef invites Zainab to be his plus one at a function the next day. Masood advises Zainab to pass on Amira’s details to Syed if she calls, but Yusef later encourages Zainab to throw Amira’s number away and not tell Syed. Unbeknownst to Zainab, Yusef then steals Amira’s number from the bin.

Michael tells Cora her candlesticks were worth more than £200. Online, Cora, Dot and Rose discover they’re valued at £1000 and confront Eddie who reluctantly gives Cora another £300. Michael’s plan backfires - Eddie’s still happy as the candlesticks are actually worth £8000. Anthony feels guilty but Eddie tells him the money will pay their creditors. Michael reassures Anthony that Tyler’s ready for his fight and there’s money to be made betting on him. Vanessa asks Eddie to fix and sell a watch. She invites him for a drink, but he declines. Michael insists Vanessa must make Carol dump Eddie on Tuesday. Vanessa discovers Tyler’s fight is also on Tuesday and is unlicensed. Carol’s furious with Eddie for ripping off pensioners. Vanessa confronts Michael and soon realises he wants Tyler to get hurt. Michael reveals that Tuesday is the anniversary of his mother’s death and he wants Eddie to suffer like he did. Michael tells Vanessa if she doesn’t want to break Jodie’s heart she’ll do her bit.

When Kat seems receptive to his apology, Alfie thinks she’s forgiven him and attempts to move back in to their bedroom. Kat reveals she was just pretending, giving the punters downstairs what they want – the Kat and Alfie show.

Darren sells a car and pockets some of the cash, determined not to let Jodie down.
