In this special edition of Countryfile, Adam Henson takes a walk down memory lane when he travels to one of the UK's most remote islands. As a youngster, Adam went to North Ronaldsay in the Orkney Islands with his father Joe to help save the island's rare breed sheep. It is where his passion for rare breeds began. Now they are back for the first time together to catch-up with the islanders and their animals.

Also in the programme, Adam takes a look back at the highs, lows and downright delightful moments of life on his farm that have featured in Countryfile over the past few years.
