Gabby Logan and her guests discuss all the action as the final whistles blow up and down the country on a busy day in the footballing calendar. Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea head the list of clubs involved in Premier League action, each hoping to establish themselves in higher echelons of the fledging league table.

In the Championship, relegated Blackpool travel to promoted Brighton in the battle of the two seaside towns, whereas fans of Bournemouth and Exeter will be eager for some early season League One cheer with long trips to Carlisle and Preston respectively. SPL newcomers Dunfermline are also on the road with a trip to Dundee United.
