On the hunt for Colin Arnott's murderer, DCI Marion Bettany turns her attention to the village post office, run by terse sub-postmistress Angela Bryman.

And Angela's not the only villager who resented Colin's project to turn a deconsecrated chapel into a performing arts centre.
