Mike Harding presents an hour of the very best in folk, roots and acoustic music, including an interview with Muireann Nic Amhlaoibh and Benny McCarthy from Danú.

The band have been leading lights on the Irish traditional music scene for well over a decade and their recent album Seanchas suggests the group are still at the height of their powers.

Mike caught up with Muireann and Benny backstage at this year's Cambridge Folk Festival, and tonight's programme includes music from their Cambridge performance.
