Evil Doctor Two Heads has developed a machine that can make the weather turn really nasty. Mother Goose plans to make it so windy in P-Town that all its residents have to leave. Pet Squad aim to get to the eye of the storm and uncover its source but the wind is so powerful they require an unconventional route to Mother Goose's observatory.
