Mother Goose has stolen all the modern art from the P-Town art gallery, even its prize exhibit, the painting, Cow on a Moped. Her evil plan is to use Bennett the Bull to bulldoze all the buildings in P-Town. Bennett's hatred of modern art makes him so mad he has to destroy it no matter what is in his path. Pet Squad must rescue the paintings from Mother Goose and stop Bennett's charge.
