Clare Balding is joined by former elite swimmer Mark Foster as four more world titles are decided in Shanghai.
It could be a golden day for Australia's new pool queen Alicia Coutts in the 100m butterfly and 200m individual medley. She beat triple Olympic champion Stephanie Rice in both events to secure her first two national titles in March, five months after winning five gold medals at the Commonwealth Games.
