Twelve years ago BBC Wales filmed with families in South East Wales as they approached the magical moment of birth. In this new series the cameras return over a decade later to find out what has happened to the families whose children have grown up in a new century. This last episode follows the story of two children who had a fragile start to life in a hospital Special Care Baby Unit.
