Alex Jones and Matt Baker are joined by Sharleen Spiteri from the band Texas. Rugby star Scott Quinnell looks at the railway riots in Llanelli in 1911, and Matt Allwright visits a donkey sanctuary that was set up by Dr Elisabeth Svendsen, who make it her life's work to help neglected and abandoned donkeys.
