Thomas's mother is forced to relocate her business to an empty guest house owned by retired hotelier and friend, Jack Cameron. Thomas persuades his girlfriend Kat to stay with them.
As tensions rise in the house, Thomas senses a malignant presence – and confesses he’s always had a fascination with the history of the house…
