Brian D'Arcy presents hymns for Palm Sunday, including Ride on, ride on in majesty, Make way, Make way for Christ the King, and Jerusalem.
In a programme for Palm Sunday, Brian D'Arcy reflects upon the story of Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem; a journey which was to end in seeming despair only a few days later. Hymns and songs include Ride on, ride on in majesty, Make way, Make way for Christ the King, and Jerusalem.
As the programme marks the launch of this year's BBC Radio 2 Young Choristers of the Year award, we also hear Andrew Lloyd Webber's beautiful 'Pie Jesu' sung by last year's winners - Liam Jones and Ella Taylor.
