Colchester United fan and MP Bob Russell explains why he supports a Bill to change the law and allow safe standing areas at our football grounds. We'll be talking to fans around the region and looking at Peterborough. The club is currently one of only two grounds in the region with standing room - but shortly to lose part of it during redevelopment.
