Adrian McKeown from Carrickfergus in Northern Ireland has dreamt of living in Australia ever since he was a child. However, his wife Kelley and their two young daughters do not share his obsession.

As it is Kelley's job as a nurse which will grant them their visa and make it all possible, Adrian has one week in Melbourne to change her mind, otherwise it's the end of his dream.
