Programme celebrating the British countryside. Liz Bonnin journeys the Isle of Wight, meeting Radio 1 DJ Rob Da Bank and paragliding off the cliffs at Compton Bay.

Presenter Liz Bonnin goes on an Isle of Wight journey.

After crossing the Solent by hovercraft, she goes tree-climbing in East Cowes, before visiting Alum Bay, where she discovers the geology behind the area's famous coloured cliffs.

Next, Liz meets Radio 1 DJ Rob Da Bank to get the lowdown on the Isle's famous music festival scene, before ending her journey paragliding off the cliffs at Compton Bay.
