Business Secretary Vince Cable tells Victoria that he could abstain in the vote to raise tuition fees if other Liberal Democrat MPs choose to do that, but he says his instinct is to support the plan. He takes calls form listeners in an effort to "clear the air" on the tuition fee proposals.
Also, after Panorama claimed that three FIFA executives took millions of pounds of bribes several years ago, Victoria speaks to former sports minister Gerry Sutcliffe.
